Following the strong response to its debut season, ‘Pitch To Get Rich’, the fashion entrepreneur funding show produced by the Fashion Entrepreneur Fund (FEF) and Dharmatic Entertainment, has officially announced its second season.
The announcement was made at an exclusive, high-profile gathering in New Delhi, hosted by industrialist Ravi Jaipuria, who held an intimate dinner to celebrate the show’s success with its core team and industry guests.
According to a press release, the evening brought together the makers of the show, including Sanjay Nigam, Akshay Kumar, Karan Johar, Naveen Jindal, Vagish Pathak, Gaurav Dalmia and Vinod Dugar. The guest list also featured several well-known faces from the film and business worlds, including actors Neha Sharma, Nikita Dutta, Amyra Dastur and Saiee Manjrekar, alongside prominent entrepreneurs and industry leaders such as Golu Bhai Badalia, Ishmita Badalia, Sandeep Jain, Sahil Arora, Saloni Jain and Rajesh Chandan. Their presence reflected the growing credibility and influence the show has built within India’s entrepreneurial and investment ecosystem.
‘Pitch To Get Rich’ is positioned as a first-of-its-kind platform in the fashion and lifestyle space, focused on funding, mentorship and scaling high-potential ventures. The show offers emerging designers and founders the opportunity to present their ideas to seasoned investors and industry experts, combining creativity with business rigour in a format aimed at building sustainable brands.
Speaking at the event, Akshay Kumar said fashion has emerged as a powerful business in India and platforms like ‘Pitch To Get Rich’ give founders the opportunity to learn, grow and access the right guidance and capital. He noted that several founders from Season 1 have already carved out their niche as entrepreneurs and expressed excitement about the potential Season 2 holds.
Sanjay Nigam, Founder of FEF, said the response to the first season reaffirmed the belief that India’s fashion and lifestyle ecosystem is ready for a serious, business-first platform. He added that Season 2 will be bigger and sharper, with a stronger focus on scalability, mentorship and real funding opportunities for entrepreneurs building brands with purpose and vision.
Vagish Pathak, Chairman of FEF, said the vision behind the initiative has always been to institutionalise funding and structured mentorship for fashion and lifestyle entrepreneurs. He described ‘Pitch To Get Rich’ as more than just a television show, calling it an ecosystem enabler, and said the upcoming season will deepen FEF’s commitment to nurturing serious founders.
Ravi Jaipuria, Investor at FEF, said India is witnessing a new generation of fashion entrepreneurs who are thinking beyond creativity and focusing on building scalable, global businesses. He added that ‘Pitch To Get Rich’ is a timely platform that bridges creativity with capital and mentorship.
The first season of the show premiered in October last year on JioStar and received strong viewership and industry appreciation for spotlighting innovation, business acumen and creative excellence in the fashion sector. The season featured celebrity judges such as Manish Malhotra and Malaika Arora, along with special appearances by Saif Ali Khan, Sara Ali Khan and Ananya Panday.
With the announcement of Season 2, the makers have also opened the call for entries, inviting aspiring fashion entrepreneurs from across the country to apply and showcase their brands on a national platform.
