Ahead of the much-awaited fourth and final season of ‘Four More Shots Please!’, Prime Video hosted a special screening of the International Emmy-nominated Original series in Mumbai, turning the evening into an emotional celebration rather than a conventional preview. The event marked a stylish farewell to a show that redefined conversations around friendship, love, ambition and unapologetic womanhood, as the Fab Four prepared to take their final bow.
According to a Prime Video press release, the screening was conceived as a tribute to the spirit of the series, blending entertainment with nostalgia. Staying true to the show’s tone, the evening featured a live stand-up performance by popular comedian Aishwarya Mohanraj, inspired by Siddhi’s journey in the series. The act echoed the open-mic moments made iconic by Maanvi Gagroo’s character, adding humour, warmth and relatability, and serving as a fitting homage to a character who found her voice on stage and a show that always celebrated women owning their flaws and strengths.
The exclusive gathering brought together the creators, cast and close friends from the industry to celebrate the journey of Damini, Umang, Anjana and Siddhi, four flawed yet fearless women who have grown into a cultural touchstone over three seasons. The screening was attended by lead cast members Sayani Gupta, Kirti Kulhari, Maanvi Gagroo, Anasuya Sengupta and Kunaal Roy Kapur, along with Prateik Smita Patil and Rajeev Siddhartha. Also present were creator Rangita Pritish Nandy, directors Arunima Sharma and Neha Parti Matiyani, Sahira Nair, Head of Scripted Series at Prime Video India & Amazon MGM Studios, Stuti Ramachandra, Director and Head of Production & Post–International Originals, India, and the wider team behind the series. Friends from the fraternity, including Sriti Jha and Priya Banerjee, joined in to bid goodbye to a show that resonated across generations.
As ‘Four More Shots Please!’ heads into its final chapter, the screening stood as a last toast to characters who felt like friends and stories that struck a deeply personal chord, while giving womanhood an unapologetic, honest voice on screen. The final season stars Sayani Gupta, Kirti Kulhari, Bani J and Maanvi Gagroo, with Prateik Smita Patil, Milind Soman, Rajeev Siddhartha, Lisa Ray and Ankur Rathee reprising their roles. Dino Morea, Anasuya Sengupta and Kunaal Roy Kapur join the cast this season. Produced by Pritish Nandy Communications, the series is created by Rangita Pritish Nandy and Ishita Pritish Nandy, developed and written by Devika Bhagat, with dialogues by Ishita Moitra, and directed by Arunima Sharma and Neha Parti Matiyani.
‘Four More Shots Please!’ Season 4 will premiere exclusively on Prime Video in India and more than 240 countries and territories worldwide on December 19.
