Travelxp has announced the launch of its upcoming original series ‘50 States’, set to premiere on November 22, 2025.
The show promises to take audiences beyond the usual travel itineraries, offering an authentic and unscripted journey across the United States through the eyes of host Iona, who grew up in Boston.
According to a press note from Travelxp, ‘50 States’ is not just another travel documentary—it is a deep, unfiltered exploration of America “from the inside, not the outside.” Free of scripts, performances, or filters, the series focuses on real people, real stories, and real moments that capture the true essence of everyday life across America.
The show’s first episode begins in Florida, where Iona experiences the everyday rhythm of local life from its colours and silences to the pace of its streets revealing details that only emerge when one slows down to truly see them. “Most shows show America. We wanted to feel it the humour, the silence, the food, the rhythm, the road,” said Puja Gokarn, Content Strategist at Travelxp. “The small details you only discover when the camera isn’t waiting for a monument.”
Sharing her experience, Iona said, “It’s been meaningful to showcase my country through a local lens. The U.S. has so many layers, and Florida in particular captures the mix of culture, nature, and character that make it so unique. I wanted to show an authentic side of America — the everyday places and people that make it feel alive.”
Available in more than 118 countries and 25 languages, Travelxp continues to redefine travel storytelling with its realistic and relatable approach. With ‘50 States’, the channel aims to present America not as a checklist of destinations but as a living, breathing collection of shared human experiences. The series will be available to watch on Travelxp TV and stream in 4K on the Travelxp App.
