Samsung Electronics has partnered with Netflix to bring fans of the hit animation ‘KPop Demon Hunters’ a specially curated smartphone theme collection, available exclusively via the Galaxy Store from August 13. The limited-time promotion allows Galaxy users to personalize their devices at no additional cost, with access ending on September 12.
According to a Samsung press release, the ‘KPop Demon Hunters’ theme collection includes Lock Screen, Home Screen, Always-On Display (AOD), Phone Screen, Message Screen and Icons, all designed in line with the film’s vibrant visual identity. The set features eleven unique designs – one spotlighting the in-universe K-pop group HUNTRIX, and ten character-based wallpapers highlighting fan-favourite characters such as Rumi, Zoey, Jinu, Derpy and Sussie.
These themes aim to offer a consistent, visually engaging experience across Galaxy devices while maintaining the brand’s standards for performance and usability. Samsung noted that the creative direction was closely aligned with the animated film to ensure an immersive, cohesive look and feel.
The promotion will be live from 10 am on August 13 to 11.59 pm on September 12 local time, accessible via a dedicated page on the Galaxy Store. Existing Netflix subscribers can unlock the themes by launching the Netflix app through the promotion page. Users who don’t have Netflix installed will be redirected to download it before accessing the theme and wallpaper collection.
Samsung said the collaboration reflects its ongoing efforts to deliver content-driven, personalised user experiences and hinted at exploring more creative partnerships in the future to engage global audiences.
