Pocket Entertainment, the parent company behind platforms like Pocket FM, Pocket Toons, and Pocket Novel, has elevated Umesh Bude to the role of Chief Technology Officer (CTO).
Bude, who previously served as Senior Vice President of Engineering, steps into this key leadership position at a time when the company is sharply focused on AI-led storytelling and next-generation entertainment innovation.
According to a report by The Economic Times, Bude will now be at the helm of Pocket Entertainment’s end-to-end technology strategy. In his new role, he is tasked with advancing generative AI capabilities across all platforms, enhancing user experiences, and scaling operations through intelligent, data-driven solutions.
His mandate includes not just managing the backbone of the company’s technology stack, but also driving its future vision where artificial intelligence becomes central to content creation and immersive storytelling.
