In a fresh move to expand its entertainment catalogue, Amazon MX Player has announced the premiere of ‘Gamerlog’, a gaming-themed show that will stream for free starting June 12 on the platform.
‘Gamerlog’ dives into the dynamic world of e-sports and gaming culture, promising an engaging narrative built around gamers, streamers, and the challenges they face in both the digital and real world. The show is aimed at India’s rapidly growing gaming community and tech-savvy youth audience.
Amazon MX Player, now owned by Amazon after its acquisition earlier this year, is positioning ‘Gamerlog’ as a fresh and bold experiment to connect with Gen Z audiences who increasingly consume content centred around gaming, anime, and pop culture. With gaming influencers becoming household names and India’s gaming economy witnessing rapid growth, the series taps directly into a trend that’s redefining entertainment.
With a free-to-stream model, ‘Gamerlog’ is expected to boost Amazon MX Player’s viewership across Tier 2 and Tier 3 cities, where gaming content has already built strong grassroots appeal. The show joins MX’s expanding library of original content and exclusive series tailored to urban and semi-urban digital audiences.
Amazon MX Player will make all episodes of ‘Gamerlog’ available from June 12, with support for multiple Indian languages, ensuring wider reach and inclusivity for diverse gaming fans across the country.
