A gripping new crime drama titled ‘Pratishod’ is set to premiere on WAVES OTT on May 24, promising a heady mix of mystery, suspense, and high-stakes emotion. Headlined by seasoned actors Sudha Chandran, Satyakam Anand, and Aditi Sanwal, the series dives deep into a chilling murder investigation led by a daughter seeking the truth behind her mother’s death.
As per a press note, Pratishod isn’t just another murder mystery. With layers of emotional complexity and a story that delves into the depths of grief and justice, the series is expected to strike a strong chord with Indian audiences. The show also features Raj Sharma, Ashutosh Kaushik, Varun Joshi, Priya Gupta, and Shreya Khanna in pivotal roles.
Directed by Ajay K. Pratishod is produced by Sakshar Media, and co-produced by Shahbaz Alam, Praveen Gupta, and Chanchal Sharma. The show is among the latest titles to stream on WAVES OTT, a government-backed platform launched by Prasar Bharati that aims to spotlight original Indian content across languages and genres.
