The movie, based on Mercedes Ron’s best-selling Culpables book trilogy, premiered on December 27, 2024, in 240 countries and territories. It quickly ranked number 1 on Prime Video in over 170 countries, including Spain, Italy, Germany, Brazil, Mexico, Colombia, and Canada. It also placed in the Top 3 in the U.S. and U.K. and secured a spot in the Top 10 in over 220 countries.

Culpa Tuya’s viewership success is significant, with 90 percent of streams coming from outside Spain, highlighting the movie’s global appeal. This milestone has propelled it to the top of Prime Video’s Top 10 most-watched non-English language International Originals of 2024, based on viewership outside their country of origin.
