BIG FM, one of India’s leading radio networks, is set to rekindle the magic of Marathi cinema with the much-anticipated third season of ‘BIG Marathi Bioscope’.
Hosted by acclaimed actor, writer, producer, and director Subodh Bhave, the show promises a nostalgic journey through the golden moments of Marathi cinema.
As per a press release, the new season, featuring fresh themes and engaging elements, will premiere on January 27 and air across multiple cities, including Pune, Mumbai, Nagpur, and Kolhapur.
Season 3 introduces a compelling ‘Jodi Special’ theme, spotlighting iconic duos that have shaped Marathi cinema. From beloved on-screen pairs to creative partnerships like singer-composer and director-actor collaborations, the show honors the relationships that have left an indelible mark on the industry.
Adding a personal touch, listeners can dedicate songs to their favorite stars, creating a unique connection between fans and their cinematic idols.

The show will air from 7 pm to 8 pm, Monday to Saturday, in cities like Pune, Solapur, and Nagpur, with extended Sunday timings from 7 am to 10 am in Mumbai, Goa, and Pune, among others. The season will culminate with a grand finale in Pune, featuring iconic celebrity duos who have defined Marathi cinema.
