Actress Tanya Maniktala, best known for her roles in ‘Kill’ and ‘A Suitable Boy’, is set to charm audiences with her latest project, ‘The Pickle Factory’. This lighthearted workplace-family dramedy, consisting of 10 episodes, will premiere on December 31, 2024, on Prasar Bharati’s WAVES OTT platform, offering viewers a perfect binge-watch for the New Year’s weekend.
Set against the picturesque backdrop of Dehradun, ‘The Pickle Factory’ weaves the story of Mahika, a young intern in a family-run pickle business. Played by Maniktala, Mahika’s journey captures the highs and lows of workplace dynamics, her bonds with quirky colleagues, and the challenges that help her discover the essence of friendship and family.
Joining Maniktala is an ensemble cast featuring Ritwik Bhowmik (Bandish Bandits), Sohaila Kapur, Gagandev Riar, Naveen Kaushik, and Akashdeep Arora. The series promises plenty of laughs and heartfelt moments, making it a delightful blend of humor and emotional depth.

Maniktala’s star has been on the rise since her acting debut in 2018.
