The romantic crime thriller series ‘Yeh Kaali Kaali Ankhein’, starring Tahir Raj Bhasin, Shweta Tripathi, and Anchal Singh, is set to return for its third season. Following a triumphant comeback with Season 2 after a two-year hiatus, the announcement has sparked excitement among fans eager for more twists and drama, ANI reported.
Tahir Raj Bhasin took to Instagram to share the news with fans, accompanied by a teaser poster. In his post, he wrote, “We saw the love, we heard the theories, and we’re here to give a heads up. Brace yourselves because it’s about to get crazier in Season 3! We just got the green light for Yeh Kaali Kaali Ankhein Season 3 & we’re celebrating!” View the post here.
Season 2 introduced Gurmeet Choudhary in a pivotal role, heightening the tension as his character strives to bring Purva back into the fold. His arrival raises the stakes, blurring the lines between love, loyalty, and betrayal.
Choudhary teased his character’s impact, saying, “The stakes have never been higher. It’s a world where love can be as dangerous as betrayal.”
Directed and written by Sidharth Sengupta, who also serves as the showrunner, Yeh Kaali Kaali Ankhein is produced by Edgestorm Ventures Pvt Ltd. Sengupta, known for his knack for crafting intense and dark narratives, promises to elevate the thriller genre even further in Season 3.
The series is a toxic exploration of obsessive love, where romance spirals into manipulation, betrayal, and revenge. Sengupta remarked, “This season is a salute to the genre we grew up loving.
