Bollywood star Ranbir Kapoor and veteran actress Neetu Kapoor are set to appear on the popular reality show ‘Fabulous Lives of Bollywood Wives’. The mother-son duo will be seen cheering on Riddhima Kapoor, who is making her debut on the show, marking her first public venture into the spotlight.
The new trailer, released by Netflix on Wednesday, hints at an exciting showdown between the original cast of Mumbai’s glamorous wives and three new additions, Shalini Passi, Kalyani Saha, and Riddhima Kapoor. The caption teasingly states, “Mumbai meets Delhi in a fabulous face-off this season,” with the show set to premiere on October 18, IANS reported from Mumbai.
The trailer features a hilarious moment where Ranbir Kapoor humorously trolls his sister Riddhima, saying, “She is gonna really mess it up,” while longtime cast member Neelam Kothari describes Riddhima as a “chota packet bada dhamaka,” signaling her potential to shake things up on the show.
In addition to the glitz and drama, the trailer reveals a heartfelt conversation between Neetu Kapoor and Riddhima, where they reflect on life after the passing of Rishi Kapoor. Neetu emotionally shares, “After papa, Riddhima, I used to shake,” to which Riddhima responds, “We don’t really show our emotions, but from inside we are still hurting.”
The upcoming season promises even more drama, chaos, and fun as the wives from Mumbai clash with Delhi’s socialites. Notable appearances include Gauri Khan, Karan Johar, Khushi Kapoor, Shanaya Kapoor, Ananya Panday, and Ekta Kapoor.
Returning husbands Chunky Panday, Samir Soni, and Sanjay Kapoor will also be part of the show, which has captivated audiences since its debut in 2020, offering an inside look into the personal and professional lives of Bollywood’s elite families.
