The telecom company BSNL launches ‘Work@Home’ promotional broadband plan at free of cost to all the existing landline customers to encourage work from home culture. It will provide up to 100Mbps download speeds with a cap of 5GB per day to all BSNL landline subscribers. Once the data is exhausted the speed would come down to 1Mbps per day. The plan also offers free email access with 1GB of free storage. The plan has no FUP limit and no monthly charges. It is available across all circles, including Andaman and Nicobar circle.
“Amid various mechanisms adopted by Govt for containing the spread of Coronavirus COVID-19, BSNL has announced its program to promote work from home initiative”, said Vivek Banzal, Director CFA, BSNL Board.
The telco’s circular also mentioned that after the expiry of promotional period, existing customers under above plan shall be migrated to regular Broadband plan as per their usages.
BSNL landline users can avail the latest promotional broadband plan through a toll-free number 1800-345-1504.
