Vivek Srivastava has taken on a new role as the Executive Vice President and Business Head for Jio Cinema‘s Hindi entertainment segment.
Announcing his appointment on LinkedIn, Srivastava expressed his excitement about returning to the company that had significantly shaped his professional journey a decade ago.
He stated, “Exactly 10 years later, I’m thrilled to return to the company that shaped my professional journey. Stepping into the role of EVP and Business Head – JioCinema Hindi Entertainment at Viacom18, joining a team that thrives on creativity, innovation, and a passion for delivering exceptional content.”
Before joining Jio Cinema, Srivastava was associated with Prime Video, where he began in February 2022 as Head of Partnerships. In 2023, he was promoted to Head of Prime Video Channels in India.
Prior to his tenure at Prime Video, Srivastava spent over seven years at Times Network, serving as the President of Digital and Broadcast. His experience also includes roles at Kantar and TAM.
