Anshul Gupta has joined Bennett Coleman & Co. Ltd. (The Times of India) as Director – Results & Market Development (RMD).
Gupta, who holds a B.Sc. in Physics and an MBA from the Institute of Rural Management, Anand, brings over 21 years of experience in sales and leadership roles within the FMCG sector, having worked with prominent organizations such as Dabur India Ltd, Perfetti Van Melle, and Amul.
In his previous role as Vice President & Head of Sales at Dabur India Ltd, Gupta was instrumental in steering the company’s Consumer Care business, achieving significant top-line growth and managing P&L accounts across Personal Care, Beverages, and Health Care portfolios. His contributions included optimizing sales channels, driving revenue growth, and enhancing market penetration.
At The Times of India, Gupta will be responsible for developing a profitable circulation strategy, managing distribution, and driving audience engagement and revenue. His role will be crucial in aligning circulation and market development initiatives with the company’s overall brand strategy.
