Actress Huma Qureshi has embarked on a new cinematic journey as she begins shooting for her upcoming film ‘Bayaan’. Known for her versatile roles in acclaimed movies like ‘Gangs of Wasseypur’ and ‘Badlapur’, Huma will be portraying the character of Roohi Kartar, a police officer, in this latest project, IANS reported.

In the photo, she is seen dressed in sharp corporate attire, standing outside what appears to be an “Interrogation Room”. Holding the clapper board and adjusting a pair of sunglasses, she radiates an aura of authority and determination.
The clapper board reveals that it’s scene number 21, shot number 3, indicating the commencement of filming for ‘Bayaan’. In her caption, Huma expressed her enthusiasm for the role, stating, “Roohi Kartar reporting on duty!! #Bayaan @shiladityabora @bikasmishra Day 1 #cop #honour #justice.”
Directed by Shiladitya Bora and produced by Bikas Mishra, ‘Bayaan’ promises to delve into themes of justice and duty through the lens of its compelling narrative.
