Star Sports launches ‘Visa To World Cup’ week ahead of ICC T20 WC

As anticipation builds for the ICC Men’s T20 World Cup, Star Sports, the official broadcaster, has unveiled its ‘Visa To World Cup’ week, aiming to ignite excitement for the upcoming tournament. This initiative bridges the ongoing fervor of the IPL with the forthcoming T20 World Cup, focusing on potential members of the Indian team.

Under the banner of Disney Star, the broadcaster is leveraging its expert panel to analyze IPL performances and predict which players might secure a spot in India’s final squad. With the deadline for squad submissions approaching on May 1st, Star Sports is set to host a special show called the ‘Star Sports Press Room.’

Esteemed cricket personalities including Krishnamachari Srikkanth, Irfan Pathan, Tom Moody, and Matthew Hayden will convene to discuss potential squad members, with Mayanti Langer guiding the conversation as the host.
