On World Television Day, Colors Kannada started a social media outreach in keeping with its slogan, ‘Banna Hosadagide, Bandha Bhigiyagide’, which promises to entertain viewers.
Through its marketing and content initiatives, the brand has consistently been effective at engaging its audiences.
A video from Colors Kannada wished its viewers well on the transition of television in the Kannada market, which included many well-known series from previous decades. Because television is associated with so many fond memories from the past, the campaign’s theme was to evoke nostalgia.
The movie, which lasts for more than a minute, features some of the most well-known Kannada GEC competitions, including those from Chandana, Udaya TV, ETV Kannada (formerly known as Colors Kannada), Zee Kannada, Star Suvarna, and Colors Kannada.
The movie illustrates how television programs have evolved throughout the years to appeal to viewers of all ages. The idea to recognize the works of competition has captured the hearts of viewers, and congratulations are still flooding in for Colors Kannada for its impartial action to mark this momentous occasion.
N A M Ismail, Associate Vice President, Creative, Colors Kannada, Regional Entertainment, said, “This is our genuine approach to wish everyone World Television Day. As the transition of television shows in Kannada market involves the sweat of many people including that of competition, we have gone ahead to recognise their works beyond the competition between brands.”
