Anthony Randazzo has joined Netflix as Manager, Marketing Campaign Strategy, Experiences, bringing his experience in themed entertainment and integrated marketing campaigns to the streaming company’s immersive entertainment business. He began the role in October 2026 in the Los Angeles Metropolitan Area, following nine years and six months at Universal Destinations & Experiences.
According to a LinkedIn post, Randazzo will help bring popular Netflix stories to life through immersive experiences at Netflix House, the company’s real-world entertainment destination. His appointment comes as Netflix continues to expand its storytelling beyond screens and create experiences that allow audiences to engage with its titles in physical spaces.
“I’m so beyond grateful for the opportunity to be part of the team bringing beloved Netflix stories to life through immersive experiences at Netflix House. Can’t wait for what’s ahead!” Randazzo said.
Randazzo brings more than eight years of experience in marketing strategy, creative development, integrated campaign management and product strategy within themed entertainment. His work has focused on translating audience insights, cultural trends and business objectives into campaigns that strengthen engagement and long-term brand affinity.
Before joining Netflix, Randazzo served as Manager, Marketing, Communication Strategy and Planning at Universal Destinations & Experiences from January 2024 to September 2026. In that role, he led campaign strategy for the opening of Universal Epic Universe, overseeing creative and integrated marketing across paid, owned, earned, international and in-park channels.
He also led marketing for new and existing experiences at Universal Orlando Resort, covering new attractions, land expansions and in-park activation campaigns. His responsibilities included coordinating brand strategy, creative, media, public relations, partnerships and international marketing teams to ensure consistent campaign messaging.
Randazzo also worked with external partners, including Warner Bros., Universal Pictures and Nintendo, to integrate their brands into marketing campaigns. His role involved developing insight-driven creative briefs, aligning stakeholders around campaign objectives and mentoring team members.
He began his career at Universal in April 2017 as Coordinator, Consumer Marketing, for Universal Parks and Resorts Vacations. He initially handled project management for vacation package strategies targeting Florida, the wider United States and Canada.
In February 2019, he became Representative, Consumer Marketing, expanding vacation package opportunities across segments including groups, youth, employees, military personnel, annual passholders and Blue Man Group audiences. He also worked on premium offerings such as VIP Experiences and Universal Express Pass.
Later that year, Randazzo moved into consumer and trade marketing, leading vacation package strategies for major events at Universal Orlando, including Mardi Gras, Rock the Universe, Halloween Horror Nights and Holidays at Universal. He also developed partnerships with companies such as American Express and Avis Budget Group, managing annual marketing budgets exceeding $500,000 for business-to-business and consumer-focused campaigns.
In April 2022, he became Senior Representative, Marketing, Audience Journey Planning, leading communication strategies for Halloween Horror Nights audiences at Universal Orlando Resort and Universal Studios Hollywood. From December 2022 to February 2024, he worked on communication strategy and planning for Halloween Horror Nights and Holidays at Universal, coordinating creative, media, public relations, social media, partnerships and international teams.
Before joining Universal, Randazzo worked as a domestic leisure sales support and sales integration intern at Disney Parks & Resorts from June 2016 to April 2017. He also completed an internship with Mandarin Oriental Hotel Group in New York and participated in the Disney College Program as a food and beverage host at Disney’s Animal Kingdom.
Randazzo’s appointment brings experience in attraction launches, entertainment partnerships and immersive marketing to Netflix as the company develops ways to extend its screen-based stories into physical experiences. His background in turning audience insights into integrated campaigns aligns with Netflix House’s focus on connecting viewers with its entertainment properties beyond streaming.
