The power struggle inside the Tower took a dramatic turn on MX Original ‘Rise and Fall Season 2’ as tensions between contestants escalated into a physical altercation between Siwet Tomar and Shehzad Poonawalla, ultimately leading to Siwet’s exit from the show.

The episode began with the Workers already looking beyond their daily responsibilities and planning their next moves. Niharika Tiwari and Anish Bhagat discussed Kajal Raghwani and Manish Kashyap as their respective targets, while upstairs, Shehzad Poonawalla and Irina Rudakova were also plotting their strategies. Gautam Gulati, Manish and Niharika continued to analyse the competition, with Gautam expressing doubts about Kaira Anu and considering going against her.

In a press release, the makers said the game took a major turn with the announcement of the Ultimate Ruler race, which offered the contestants a chance to claim the biggest power inside the Tower. The Ultimate Ruler would be able to take major decisions in the game and would also remain safe from the fall that week.

Before the race could begin, however, the Rulers had to eliminate one contestant they considered the weakest decision-maker. Siwet soon found himself at the centre of the vote, with several Rulers naming him as the weakest decision-maker. Shehzad was also targeted by Karan Patel, further highlighting the changing equation between the two contestants.

Siwet and Shehzad had entered the Tower intending to play together, but the competition for power appeared to change their equation. Reacting to the developments, Siwet said, “Fattu aadmi.. peet peeche kehta hai saath dena,” before adding, “Strong woh hota hai na jiske aage tum haath jodhkar aate ho ke saath dena hai mera jab Swara ke aage mein khada honga.” He also directed a pointed message at Shehzad and Tej Pratap Yadav, saying, “Jabban na keemat rakha karo iski.”

With the votes stacked against him, Siwet was declared the weakest decision-maker and was eliminated from the Ultimate Ruler race. However, he was given one final opportunity to influence the game by naming the Ruler he believed was the weakest decision-maker. Siwet chose Shehzad.

The decision further widened the rift between the two. While Shehzad attempted to sort out the differences, Siwet appeared determined to continue the rivalry. Shehzad subsequently named Karan, Karan chose Swara and Swara selected Raj, leaving Priyanka, Tej Pratap Yadav and Irina as the first three contenders for the Ultimate Ruler crown.

The situation took another unexpected turn when Siwet, who had earlier decided that he would not speak to Swara again, was seen sitting with her. The development raised questions over whether a new equation was taking shape inside the Tower. Shehzad questioned the sudden change and what he viewed as double standards, particularly Siwet’s developing alliance with Swara.

The argument soon escalated into a physical altercation. Siwet grabbed Shehzad by the neck and pushed him down, leaving Shehzad injured and with his clothes torn. Since physical violence is prohibited inside the Tower, the incident resulted in immediate disciplinary action and Siwet’s journey on the show came to an abrupt end.

The fallout continued as Swara and Karan Patel objected to the decision, arguing that Shehzad’s provocation had contributed to the escalation. Both subsequently chose to walk out alongside Siwet, adding another major twist to the game.

By the end of the episode, Karan Patel, Tej Pratap Yadav, Shehzad Poonawalla, Priyanka Chahar Choudhary, Swara Bhasker, Siwet Tomar, Irina Rudakova and Raj Grover were in the Penthouse, while Niharika Tiwari, Kaira Anu, Anish Bhagat, Sara Gurpal, Manish Kashyap, Gautam Gulati and Kajal Raghwani remained in the Basement.

With the Ultimate Ruler race putting the Penthouse’s power up for grabs, the changing alliances and the fallout from the Siwet-Shehzad confrontation are set to shape the next phase of the game.
