Apple TV has released the trailer for Season 2 of its German-language dark comedy series ‘Where’s Wanda?’. The eight-episode season will premiere globally on October 21, with a new episode releasing every Wednesday through December 9, 2026.

According to an Apple TV press release yesterday, Season 2 stars Heike Makatsch, Axel Stein, Lea Drinda, Leo Simon and Nikeata Thompson. The series is produced by UFA Fiction, a Fremantle company.

The new season follows the Klatt family as they try to return to normal life. However, their daughter Wanda, played by Lea Drinda, is caught seemingly red-handed standing over a dead body. Her parents, Carlotta and Dedo, must prove her innocence while trying to find the real murderer.

Their investigation takes them into the criminal underworld of their quiet suburban town. The Season 2 cast also includes Sam Riley, Alexandra Maria Lara, Harriet Herbig-Matten, Gisa Flake, David Schütter, Palina Rojinski and several other actors.

Season 2 is created, written and executive produced by Oliver Lansley, along with executive producers Nataly Kudiabor and Oliver Ossege. The series was co-created and based on a story by Zoltan Spirandelli, while Tobi Baumann and Christian Ditter have directed the season.
