The Walt Disney Company has announced additional structural and leadership details for its Disney Consumer Products (DCP) business following the recent decision to move the majority of the division into the Disney Entertainment segment.
Effective October 4, 2026, DCP’s global licensing and publishing operations will sit under Disney Entertainment -Studios to align more closely with creative content groups, according to a company statement earlier in the week.
Meanwhile, Disney Parks Merchandise, Disney Store and DisneyStore.com will remain part of Disney Experiences.
As part of the realignment, two key leadership appointments were announced also. Cathleen Taff has been named President, Disney Entertainment-Studios and Consumer Products, reporting to Disney Entertainment Co-Chairman Alan Bergman.
A 32-year Disney veteran, Taff will oversee the incoming DCP licensing and publishing businesses while continuing her leadership over Production Services, Franchise Management, Theatrical Distribution, Disney Theatrical Group and Disney Music Group.
Lisa Baldzicki has been appointed to lead a newly formed team focused on emerging trends, white-space opportunities, and scaling successful ideas across the Disney Experiences global portfolio, reporting to Thomas Mazloum.
She will retain leadership over the Disney Parks merchandise business alongside expanded responsibilities for global Parks merchandise and owned-and-operated retail, including global Disney Store locations and
