The first song from the upcoming young-adult film ‘Don’t Be Shy’ has been released. Titled ‘Jhoomo’, the upbeat song features the film’s lead cast Aarushi Bajaj, Ansh Duggal, Bianca Arora and Piyush Khati.

According to an ANI report from Mumbai, the song has been sung by Saahel and Jonita Gandhi, while Ram Sampath has composed the music. Sampath and Devansh Vaidya have written the lyrics.

Presented by T-Series, ‘Jhoomo’ brings a fun and energetic feel to the film. The song focuses on friendship, fun and the carefree moments of growing up. Its energetic choreography and retro-inspired visuals add to the youthful mood of the track.

Ram Sampath said that ‘Jhoomo’ was created to celebrate the simple joy of living in the moment. He wanted the song to have a lively and easy-going feel that matched the playful world of ‘Don’t Be Shy’.

The film follows Shyamili ‘Shy’ Das, a 20-year-old girl who believes that she has her life planned out. However, an unexpected turn of events changes her plans and takes her on a different journey.

‘Don’t Be Shy’ will premiere on Prime Video in Hindi with English subtitles on September 25.
