Warner Bros is developing a new live action film based on the popular animated franchise ‘The Flintstones’, with Hollywood star Ryan Gosling attached as a producer, according to PTI report Los Angeles today.
The project is currently in the early stages of development. The studio is looking for a screenwriter for the film. Gosling will produce the project along with Jessie Henderson through their production banner Open Invite.Warner Bros has not yet revealed details about the story.
However, according to the report, the film is expected to focus on Bamm-Bamm Rubble, the son of Fred Flintstone’s best friend Barney Rubble.The project is still in early development, and details about its cast, director and release date have not been announced.
