Prime Video has announced that the live-action drama series ‘Please Save My Earth’ will stream exclusively on the platform in Autumn 2027.
According to an Amazon MGM Studios press release today, the series is based on the popular Japanese manga ‘Please Save My Earth’ by Saki Hiwatari. The story follows a group of young people who begin to discover a mysterious connection between their present lives and memories from another world.
The live-action adaptation stars Alice Hirose and features a cast including Kento Senga, Shota Watanabe, and Ryusei Yokohama.
The series is directed by Takahiro Miki, while the screenplay has been written by Tomoko Yoshida. The production brings the manga’s themes of love, relationships, mystery and memories into a live-action format.
Prime Video will release the series exclusively in Japan and in more than 240 countries and territories around the world
