Eric McCormack joins thriller ‘You’re Safe Now’

Actor Eric McCormack has joined the cast of filmmaker Nimisha Mukerji’s upcoming psychological thriller ‘You’re Safe Now’, according to a PTI report from Los Angeles today.

McCormack, who gained worldwide recognition for his role as Will Truman in the NBC sitcom ‘Will & Grace’, will be part of the film’s ensemble cast.

His performance in the popular series earned him several awards and established him as a prominent television actor.

The actor has also appeared in several other projects, including the mystery drama series ‘Perception’, the science-fiction series ‘Travelers’ and the film ‘The Architect’.

McCormack joins the previously announced cast of ‘You’re Safe Now’, which includes Anja Savcic, Jesse Rath and Bo Martynowski.

Directed by Nimisha Mukerji, the film is a psychological thriller, while details about the storyline and McCormack’s role are yet to be revealed.
