Fourth Dimension Media Solutions, one of India’s leading media outsourcing firms, has officially announced the sixth edition of its flagship event — the South India Media Summit (SIMS). The 2025 edition of SIMS is scheduled to take place on September 29 at Le Meridien, Coimbatore, and is expected to bring together an eclectic mix of brand leaders, marketers, media professionals, and storytellers from across the country.

According to a press release issued by the organisers, SIMS 2025 will carry forward the legacy of its previous high-impact editions held in Chennai, Hyderabad, and Kochi. Known for its strong regional focus and thought-provoking discussions, the summit will once again host a powerful speaker line-up, featuring some of the country’s most influential business minds and change-makers.

Among the confirmed speakers are Venkatesh Vijayaraghavan (MD & CEO, TTK Prestige), Jai Krishnan (CEO, Samsonite South Asia), VKC Razack (MD, VKC Group), Geeta Ramakrishnan (Author and Coach), Venkatram Mamillapalle (Country CEO & MD, Renault India), Angelo George (CEO, Bisleri International), Kurian Thomas (Director, Veegaland Homes), and Ganesh Ram (MD & CEO, Mutual Fund Utilities India), among several others. More names will be revealed in the weeks to come.

This year’s edition is set to explore some of the most dynamic shifts in the industry — ranging from the rise of AI, VR, and XR in storytelling, to the growing influence of regional creators in Tier-II and Tier-III markets. Other key themes include the retail transformation sweeping through South India, media planning in a mobile-first ecosystem, the OTT-cinema balance, the growing footprint of connected TV, and how national brands are increasingly leveraging regional brand ambassadors to strengthen hyperlocal bonds.

Speaking on the upcoming summit, Shankar B, CEO of Fourth Dimension Media Solutions, said, “Every edition of SIMS is shaped by the city that hosts it. Coimbatore has always had a unique blend of entrepreneurial clarity and media maturity. This summit reflects that combination. We’re proud to bring voices together here that are not only shaping the narrative but also setting the pace.”

Fourth Dimension Media Solutions has long been regarded as a key voice in South India’s media ecosystem. The company has successfully organised and curated a series of widely respected industry gatherings — including the South India Content Summit (Bangalore, 2024), South India Television Summit (Madurai, 2023), and South India Digital Summit (Coimbatore, 2022). Each of these has played a defining role in regional knowledge sharing and thought leadership.

The 2025 South India Media Summit promises to offer not just reflection but foresight — spotlighting trends that are reshaping how brands, media, and content interact in the southern market.
