Zee Telugu has not only presented several entertaining fictions shows over the years but also numerous topical and cultural properties that have won the hearts of the audience. Because India is the birthplace of Yoga, the art form is commemorated every year on International Yoga Day.
This year, however, Zee Telugu is making it a memorable day by airing a special episode of Aarogyame Mahayogam on June 21.
The show, hosted by Tejaswini Manogna, will focus on a healthy diet and several yoga postures, providing the audience with an experience of Yoga like never before.
What’s even more interesting is that popular singer Mano will also be seen practicing yoga with Manthena Sathyanarayana during Aarogyame Mahayogam, which will be telecasted on June 21 (Wednesday) at 8.30 am, only on Zee Telugu
The International Yoga Day special – Aarogyame Mahayogam – will kickstart with avid yoga practitioner and host Tejaswini Manogna speaking about her fitness journey and how she plans her day.
She will also be seen talking about her eating habits, what she consumes daily, her diet plan, and her hobbies, amongst other things.
