Global influencer marketing leader Ykone has announced a strategic merger with Paris-based creative production house Mirror Mirror to form a new integrated group named ‘One’, marking a significant expansion of its creative and execution capabilities in India.
The development strengthens Ykone’s Indian operations, which include BarCode, the influencer marketing agency it acquired in 2024, and signals a decisive move towards building a full-spectrum storytelling and influence ecosystem.
According to a press release, the merger brings together more than 400 employees across 20 international cities and represents a combined revenue base of $150 million. The alliance has been structured to address the growing demand from brands for integrated creativity and global-scale execution, at a time when the influencer marketing industry is witnessing rapid growth and is projected to reach $90 billion by 2030.
The formation of One creates a global platform that blends data-led influencer strategy with premium creative, production and event capabilities. For the Indian market, this translates into an end-to-end offering tailored especially for luxury and premium brands. The integration combines Mirror Mirror’s reputation for delivering high-end campaigns and events for global names such as LVMH, Chanel and Hermès with Ykone and BarCode’s strong foothold in India’s influencer ecosystem.
Commenting on the development, Olivier Billon, Founder of Ykone Group, said the creation of One represents a strategic evolution of the group’s long-term vision. He highlighted India as a market of immense importance and said that the addition of Mirror Mirror’s creative and production expertise would enable the Indian team to deliver more ambitious and immersive brand experiences. He described the move not as a consolidation exercise, but as an effort to redefine what is possible in new-age media.
Juliette Lambert, Founder of ‘Mirror Mirror’, said the integration into One marks a key milestone in the company’s growth journey. She noted that the alliance brings together teams that share a future-focused outlook and a belief that influencer strategy, production and events must work together to serve global brands effectively. The merger, she added, provides the scale and resources needed to accelerate innovation and support creative talent across new markets.
From an India perspective, Rahul Khanna, Founder of BarCode and a key leader at Ykone, said the merger significantly elevates the group’s capabilities. He noted that while BarCode brought strong local insight to a global network when it joined Ykone, the addition of Mirror Mirror’s creative strength now allows the group to move beyond conventional influencer campaigns. The focus, he said, will be on crafting culturally resonant brand narratives supported by world-class creative direction and experiential events.
The One group now brings together Ykone’s global influencer network, BarCode’s leadership in the Indian market, Mirror Mirror’s creative and production units, talent management firm Bold, and the proprietary data platform Campaygn. This integrated structure is designed to offer brands a seamless alternative to fragmented agency models, ensuring that strategy, creativity and execution are aligned under a single, cohesive ecosystem.
