WPP Media has promoted Dipti Gulati to Vice-President, Client Growth, entrusting her with leading the commercialisation of its solutions business across the APMEA region. Based in Singapore, she steps up from her role as Senior Director, Client Growth, where she spearheaded expansion across APAC spanning programmatic, search, social, CTV, DOOH and cross-channel solutions.
In her new mandate, she will translate advanced AI, data and technology ecosystems into scalable growth strategies for global brands across FMCG, luxury, food and beverage, and financial services.
Announcing her elevation in a LinkedIn post , Gulati underscored her commercial focus: transforming advanced data and AI capabilities into measurable business outcomes and shifting conversations “from a pure media play to owning business outcomes.” Her remit centres on building addressable, accountable and AI-powered media frameworks across APMEA, working with cross-market teams to integrate diverse capabilities into unified growth engines.
The promotion caps nearly two years at WPP Media and follows a six-month stint as regional director of growth, APAC, at Mindshare, where she led new business development and capability expansion for existing clients. Earlier, as global account director for integrated marketing communications on the Unilever business, she drove communications strategy for multi-million-dollar beauty and wellbeing brands across Southeast Asia.
Prior to that, Gulati spent close to two years at Warner Bros. Discovery in Singapore. She also served as director, strategic partnerships and market development at TrustSphere, where she led go-to-market and growth initiatives across Asia and championed relationship analytics among C-suite executives. TrustSphere, recognised in industry circles and case studies including those from Harvard Business School, became a platform for her deeper engagement with data-led growth strategies.
Earlier in her career, Gulati held marketing consultancy responsibilities at Blockchain Foundry and spent seven years with Warner Bros. Discovery in India, leading ad sales and business development for HBO and Warner Bros. across north and east India, delivering record billings. She began her career at Diligent Media Corporation Ltd and Bennett, Coleman and Co. Ltd.
