WhatsApp, the popular messaging platform owned by Meta, is introducing a new interface for iOS users. The latest update brings translucent bars to the application, giving it a fresh look. According to reports, the translucent tab bar and navigation bar are now being widely rolled out to users.
To see if they have received the new feature, users can open any section of the app. However, it may be necessary to restart the application after downloading the update. The rollout of the translucent bars will continue gradually over the coming weeks, as mentioned in the official changelog, IANS reported.
In addition to this update, WhatsApp recently introduced a redesigned sticker and GIF picker on iOS. The new sticker tray offers improved navigation and allows users to scroll upwards to access a larger grid of items.
