In this era of the Internet though everything is available with just a click, there’s data privacy issues arising every day.
Wecript in a statement claimed it was on the verge of launching India’s first end-to-end encrypted messaging application that would be secured and easy to use.
“With this messenger, Wecript ecosystem will help you not only search, and browse online safely but also to communicate with your friends and family without losing your privacy,” the company said in a statement.
Skarn Robotics, an India-based tech startup, is the parent company of Wecript Ecosystem, a self-reliant search engine that was born in India in 2019.
Millions of people around the world use popular messengers like WhatsApp, Telegram or Signal for communications. But all messengers comes with some pros and cons that might affect users’ flawless communication.
“For instance, all these messengers don’t allow users to send unlimited media files but Wecript messenger comes with lots of inbuilt features like this (and) will allow users to send unlimited files to each other while protecting their privacy,” the statement added.
The company has also clarified that as presently many issues pertaining to India’s new infotech rules swirl around creating confusion too, Wecript abides by all the regulations while delivering a safe platform, secure for users to search, browse, chat and connect with people worldwide.
