Warner Bros. Discovery has promoted Deepa Sridhar to the role of Senior Director, Corporate Communications, South Asia. The announcement marks a significant milestone in Sridhar’s nine-year association with the media giant.
Previously, Sridhar served as Director, Corporate Communications, a role she held from December 2022 to November 2024. She shared the news of her elevation via a heartfelt LinkedIn post, expressing gratitude to her colleagues, mentors, and leadership team for their continued support.
Sridhar began her tenure with the company in April 2016, initially serving as Director, Marketing (Kids), South Asia. In this role, she managed communications and public relations for WarnerMedia and its associated brands, establishing a strong foundation for her leadership in corporate communications.
Reflecting on her journey, Sridhar wrote,”This is an incredible milestone in my 9-year journey with Warner Bros. Discovery. I’m eager to continue contributing, growing, and embracing new challenges in this new role. Warner Bros. Discovery is indeed the stuff that dreams are made of.”
