Vipin Unni, former Head of Strategy for Sun TV Network‘s Malayalam and Telugu cluster, has been appointed as the Chief Marketing Officer at OTT platform aha, The Storyboard18 has reported.
In his new role, Unni will be responsible for developing innovative strategies aimed at boosting subscriptions, strengthening partnerships, and amplifying aha’s brand presence across India.
With a focus on audience engagement and regional resonance, Unni plans to create content campaigns that not only capture viewer interest but also build loyalty.
Unni will prioritize performance-driven marketing initiatives, ensuring that every touchpoint maximizes value and impact. His efforts will include working with product teams to enhance the user experience through gamification, exclusive content, and loyalty perks, creating an engaging platform that keeps subscribers returning, the Storyboard18 report stated.
