India’s leading Hindi news channel India TV on Friday announced that their Group CEO (Chief Executive Officer), Vinay Maheshwari has completed his six-month short-term tenure.
With the task accomplished, Vinay who joined India TV on March 2022, will move on to explore other professional avenues.
In India TV, Vinay is leading strategic initiatives in both broadcast and digital media to take India TV’s brand and businesses to the next level.
Maheshwari is a seasoned professional with more than 17 years of experience in the media industry.
Before joining India TV, he was the Executive Director & CEO of Sakshi Media Group.
In his previous stints with Indian and global organizations, Maheswari was responsible for strategy, sales, marketing, distribution, brand, and P&L management.
He also played key leadership roles in HT Media and Dainik Bhaskar groups.
Commenting on Vinay Maheshwari’s contribution, India TV Managing Director Ritu Dhawan said, “India TV thanks Vinay for the passion and commitment he brought to the Company. We appreciate his immense contribution in such a short time. We wish him the best in all his future endeavors.”
