Twitter experienced a global outage on Wednesday, with users reporting that the site’s timeline is not loading on either the web or mobile apps.
According to the outage monitoring website ‘Down Detector,’ more than 56 percent of people reported problems while using the application, 37 percent while using the website, and 7 percent while connecting to the server.
Users from various countries, including the United States, the United Kingdom, Japan, and India, began reporting problems with the site.
While using the application, Twitter displayed “What’s happening?” to the majority of users.
The microblogging site also experienced a global outage last month, IANS reported from San Francisco.
According to the outage monitor website, more than 85 percent of people reported problems while using the application, 8 percent while using the website, and 7 percent while connecting to the server.
However, the company has resolved the “issue” that many iOS users had previously encountered.
