The network has been featured in Google’s official case study for the successful implementation of its One-Tap Sign-In feature—an advanced tool aimed at offering users a quick, secure, and effortless login experience.

According to a press release issued by TV9, the case study highlights how the integration of Google One Tap significantly boosted user engagement and sign-up conversions while reducing drop-offs. Users were able to access personalized news content instantly, with minimal friction, leading to a notable jump in reader satisfaction.

The case study notes that the rollout of One Tap led to the rapid onboarding of over 200,000 user registrations within just 60 days. This surge not only bolstered TV9’s user acquisition metrics but also gave the platform a major boost in collecting valuable first-party data. With this data, TV9 now delivers a more customized user experience—offering tailored newsletters, alerts, and curated content recommendations.
