Truecaller has announced a strategic partnership with Microsoft to integrate the new Personal Voice technology from Microsoft Azure AI Speech.
This collaboration aims to enhance the user experience by leveraging advanced AI voice technologies, Truecaller said in a press release.
Truecaller’s AI Assistant, introduced in September 2022, already boasts various AI capabilities, including answering phone calls, screening calls, taking messages, and responding on behalf of users. With the addition of Microsoft Azure AI Speech’s Personal Voice, Truecaller users can now create a digital version of their voice to use within the Assistant.
This innovative feature enables callers to hear a replicated and authentic version of the user’s voice, adding a personalized touch to interactions. Gradually rolling out across all Truecaller markets, the Personal Voice technology aims to revolutionize the way users interact with digital assistants.
