Sun TV Network has named Bala Iyengar as the Head of Revenue for its Sun Bangla, Sun Marathi and Sun Neo cluster of channels.
Coming from Helios Media, where he spent 13 years, Iyengar also had been the COO of Goldmines Telefilms and he’s done stints at Sony Entertainment, Star India, MTV India and Zoom Entertainment.
Announcing his new role on LinkedIn, Iyengar shared his enthusiasm, stating, “I am happy to share that I have joined the Sun TV Network as the Revenue Head for the channel cluster of Sun Bangla, Sun Marathi, and Sun Neo. Looking forward to connecting with all and some amazing progressive work.”
Owned by the Sun Group, Sun TV Network operates a portfolio of 33 television channels, reaching audiences in India, the US, Canada, Europe, the Middle East, Singapore, Malaysia and Sri Lanka.
