Shemaroo Entertainment has announced an expanded mandate for Anuja Trivedi, elevating her to the role of Chief Strategy and Marketing Officer (CSMO). Alongside leading marketing, the Central Strategy team will now also report to her, signalling the company’s sharper focus on long-term growth, integrated brand positioning and consumer-centric strategies.
Since joining Shemaroo as Chief Marketing Officer in 2023, Trivedi has been instrumental in strengthening brand visibility across the company’s TV, OTT and digital platforms. In her enhanced role, she will spearhead strategic initiatives and work closely with business leaders to unlock synergies across Shemaroo’s diverse verticals.
Trivedi brings extensive experience spanning strategy, revenue and content development. Her career includes leadership positions at Disney Star, World Gold Council, McKinsey & Company, Morgan Stanley and PwC. At Disney Star, she played a critical role in content strategy for TV and digital, contributing to subscriber growth on Disney+ Hotstar and driving TV market share gains across key genres.
