Santosh Hegde has moved to Licious as Vice President of Marketing after 3.8 years stint as the Director of Brand Marketing at Disney+ Hotstar.
The news was shared by Santosh on his LinkedIn profile, where he shared the position of VP – Marketing at Licious.
He wrote, “My work-life mission is to ensure that my Passion & Profession always intersect. After an enriching 3.5 years of satiating my voracious appetite for content at Disney+ Hotstar, I have moved on to let the foodie in me take the lead for the next few years by accepting a challenging assignment at Licious – Born to meat. Fell in love with this brand about 2 years back. It is the reason why I list ‘Cooking’ as one of my hobbies now. For us Indians, Food has always been deeply personal. And Delicious Food tends to bring out the emotion in us as few other things can.”
In Disney + Hotstar as the Director of Brand Marketing, Hegde was responsible for conceiving and developing the brand and marketing campaigns, with the strategic partnerships of some of his multi-format, high-value responsibilities.
Prior to Disney + Hotstar, he spent seven years with Marico in various capacities.
Santosh is a passionate marketer with professional experience spanning a decade in managing B2C and D2C brands across the CPG & Consumer Technology spectrum.
