The India Today Group’s much-awaited annual literary festival, ‘Sahitya Aaj Tak 2025’, is set to return to the capital this November with an exciting blend of poetry, music, and cultural performances.
The three-day festival, celebrating the spirit of creative expression and India’s rich literary heritage, will be held from November 21 to 23 at the Major Dhyan Chand National Stadium, New Delhi.
According to a press release, this year’s edition will once again transform the city into a vibrant cultural hub, bringing together some of the country’s most celebrated poets, authors, thinkers, and performers. Known for making literature accessible and engaging to audiences of all generations, ‘Sahitya Aaj Tak’ continues its legacy of uniting words, rhythm, and thought under one creative umbrella.
The star-studded lineup for 2025 includes acclaimed names like Piyush Mishra, Imran Pratapgarhi, Varsha Singh Dhanoa, Kumar Vishwas, Malini Awasthi, Neha Kakkar, Manoj Muntashir, Namita Dubey, and many others. From soulful poetry recitations to lively discussions and music performances, the festival promises to deliver an unforgettable cultural experience that goes beyond the written word.
Renowned poet Kumar Vishwas will perform across all three days, presenting ‘Apne Apne Ram’—his unique interpretation of Ramkatha, blending literature, philosophy, and modern thought. His sessions are expected to draw large audiences, as they beautifully bridge traditional storytelling with contemporary relevance.
The festival will also feature a captivating lineup of musical performances, adding melody and rhythm to the literary celebrations. Folk icon Malini Awasthi, pop sensation Neha Kakkar, Punjabi singer Jasbir Jassi, and Hargun Kaur are among the artists set to light up the stage with their electrifying performances.
In addition to poetry and music, the festival will host thematic sessions that inspire reflection and dialogue. Highlights include ‘Jeewan Ki Jagrukta: Kitni Zaruri…’, a session focusing on mindfulness in modern life, and ‘Rahgeer Live’, an evocative poetic and musical presentation featuring Marham, Deveshi Sahgal, and Rahgir.
Brimming with words, wisdom, and melody, ‘Sahitya Aaj Tak 2025’ aims to celebrate India’s evolving artistic voice while honoring its timeless traditions of storytelling. With its seamless blend of literature, music, and meaningful conversations, the festival is poised to be one of the year’s most anticipated cultural gatherings.
