Avinay Krishna has joined Republic World as Deputy General Manager – Ad Sales (West), strengthening the network’s advertising leadership across its English news channel and Bengali offering, R Bangla.

Krishna joins Republic World after spending more than 11 years with Odia media company OTV, where he most recently served as Senior Manager – Sales. During his tenure, he was responsible for driving advertising sales, managing key client relationships and contributing to business growth across important markets.

Prior to his role at OTV, Krishna worked as a Manager at BrandValue, where he gained experience in media sales and business development.

In his new position, Krishna will oversee advertising sales operations across western India while focusing on revenue growth for both Republic World and R Bangla. He is expected to work closely with advertisers and agency partners to strengthen the network’s presence in the region.
