On March 6, Janhvi Kapoor received a special announcement from the makers of Ram Charan‘s upcoming Telugu film, tentatively titled ‘RC 16.’
The actress, who is making her South film debut with Jr NTR’s ‘Devara,’ is set to play a key role in the project helmed by ‘Uppena’ director Buchi Babu Sana.
The makers shared a traditional attire picture of Janhvi on social media, welcoming the actress aboard, IANS reported.
Reportedly, Ram Charan will be seen in a dual role in ‘RC 16,’ with AR Rahman composing the music. The film also features ‘Sita Ramam’ actress Mrunalini Thakur.
Kapoor, currently engrossed in ‘Devara’ with Jr NTR, expressed her excitement about sharing screen space with him, calling it one of the biggest joys of her life.
In addition to her projects with ‘RRR’ actors, Janhvi Kapoor has a busy lineup, including ‘Mr. and Mrs Mahi’ with Rajkummar Rao, ‘Ulajh’ with Roshan Mathew and Gulshan Devaiah, and ‘Sunny Sunskari Ki Tulsi Kumari’ with Varun Dhawan.
With her growing filmography, Kapoor continues to make strides in the film industry, showcasing her evolution as an actress.
