The makers of ‘Uff Yeh Siyapaa’ have dropped their latest track ‘Tamancha’, a high-energy dance number that brings together a powerhouse team of A.R. Rahman, Sunidhi Chauhan, Amitabh Bhattacharya and Nora Fatehi.
Breaking away from conventional Bollywood templates, the film positions music as its core storytelling element. With no dialogues in the narrative, every beat and lyric drives the plot forward. Rahman’s pulsating composition, paired with Bhattacharya’s bold and evocative lyrics, sets ‘Tamancha’ apart as a number that brims with verve and cinematic flair, according to an UNI report from Mumbai.
Sunidhi’s fiery yet velvety vocals add an edge of seduction and boldness, lifting the track to soaring heights. On screen, Fatehi brings her signature magnetism with charismatic dance moves, while actor Soham Shah joins her, balancing the choreography with subtle intensity.
Rahman said, “In a film where there is no dialogue, the music is not just a background, it takes the lead and speaks. In ‘Tamancha’, we used restraint while maintaining energy, letting rhythm carry the emotions.”
Sharing her experience, Sunidhi added, “The song strikes a balance between seduction and boldness. It is not too loud but has a lingering effect, which made it creatively exciting to sing.”
Directed by G. Ashok and produced by Luv Ranjan and Ankur Garg under the Luv Films banner, ‘Uff Yeh Siyapaa’ is set to release in theatres on September 5.
