The Indian pay television GEC channel PTC Punjabi’s hit talent show ‘Hunar Punjab Da’ is set to entertain fans once again with its second installment with popular singer Sunanda Sharma as its anchor.
The show will air on PTC Punjabi from October 18, 2021 Monday to Thursday at 7:30 pm.
The concept of second season of the show is quite different from the previous season.
This year the show will highlight the talents of people who have stepped outside of their comfort bubble to showcase their abilities, while also contributing to society, the company said in an official statement.
Last year, however, there were several restrictions due to COVID-19, which resulted in the presentation of show participants being invited and shown digitally.
The judges for the first season were Jaswinder Bhalla and Sara Gurpal, with Great Khali attending the finale episode.
However, this year the show will be spectacular, the channel claimed, adding it would feature the biggest stars from the Punjabi film industry.
Launching the show, Rabindra Narayan, M.D & President, PTC Network, said, “It is said that every Punjabi is talented and ‘Hunar Punjab Da’ is an attempt to showcase some of these talented people. It is so heartwarming to see these amazing human beings who are inspirations in courage, passion, and dedication.”
Speaking on the show, Sunanda Sharma said, “I am excited about the show. We have got some of the finest entries in the show, these will not only entertain us but will also highlight the emotions, the urge, the passion, and commitment of the talent.”
