PTC Punjabi has launched an exciting new game show titled ‘Pakki Punjaban’, a first-of-its-kind family entertainment series that brings together vibrant Punjabi households and places Punjabi women right at the heart of the action. With a refreshing concept that celebrates strength, intellect, and unity, the show aired its debut episode today and promises 50 episodes of unstoppable energy, fun, and fierce competition.
Set in PTC’s bustling Mohali studios, ‘Pakki Punjaban’ features two Punjabi families in each episode, with three powerful women per team. From brainy quizzes to high-energy physical tasks, each round is designed to highlight the unique blend of courage, charisma, and collaboration that defines every true ‘Pakki Punjaban’.
As per a press release, the show is structured across three exciting segments: the ‘Jhat Phat Cash Round’, a rapid Q&A sprint for instant rewards; ‘One Two Ka Vaar’, where teammates can tag in for strategic support; and the ‘Pari-War Round’, a test of team coordination, agility, and mental prowess. The top-performing families from across the season will go head-to-head in a grand finale to win the prestigious ‘Pakki Punjaban’ crown along with attractive cash prizes.
Describing the show’s unique appeal, Rabindra Narayan, MD and President of PTC Network, shared, “Pakki Punjaban is a unique concept celebrating every Punjabi and Indian household. This is the first show of its kind featuring only female participants who display immense presence of mind, willpower, and both physical and mental strength.”
