The film follows June, a young woman who moves to Italy seeking a fresh start after the tragic loss of her brother. At her elite new school, she finds herself drawn to James, a charismatic but troubled boy who secretly participates in underground MMA fights. Despite her attraction, she begins dating his best friend, Will, the model honour student with a seemingly perfect life. As June spends more time within their world, she discovers that nothing is as it appears—each of them hides secrets that slowly unravel as emotions intensify.
Set against a backdrop of hidden truths, rising tension and conflicting desires, ‘Love Me Love Me’ explores themes of grief, identity, and the pull of forbidden connection. With its combination of a bestselling source material, a strong young cast, and a director known for shaping youth-focused dramas, the film is expected to resonate widely when it debuts in 2026.
