Salona Bains Joshi, a trailblazer in film production, is the first Indian student to be selected for UCLA’s prestigious Producer’s Program. Her previous work includes ‘ABCD2’ and the horror-comedy ‘Kakuda’.

Shubh Shivdasani, known for his work on Barfi—India’s official Oscar entry that year—has been involved in acclaimed films like ‘Uri: The Surgical Strike’, ‘The Sky is Pink’, ‘Lust Stories’, ‘Sonchiriya’, and ‘Kedarnath’.

For both Salona and Shubh, Dupahiya marks their first independent venture, driven by a passion for storytelling that resonates deeply with Indian audiences.

At the directorial helm is Sonam Nair, acclaimed for her work in Masaba Masaba.
