Prime Video has unveiled the much-awaited trailer of the fourth and final season of its International Emmy-nominated original series ‘Four More Shots Please!’, marking the beginning of an emotional farewell to one of India’s most popular female-led franchises.
Premiering on December 19, the last chapter promises a spirited, heartfelt conclusion to the journeys of the beloved girl gang that redefined on-screen friendship for a new generation.
According to a Prime Video press release, the upcoming season brings back Sayani Gupta, Kirti Kulhari, Bani J, and Maanvi Gagroo in their signature roles as Damini, Anjana, Umang, and Siddhi. The ensemble also includes Prateik Smita Patil, Lisa Ray, Rajeev Siddhartha, Ankur Rathee, and Milind Soman, with Dino Morea, Anasuya Sengupta, and Kunaal Roy Kapur joining the cast this season. Produced by Pritish Nandy Communications, the season has been created by Rangita Pritish Nandy and Ishita Pritish Nandy, developed and written by Devika Bhagat, with dialogues by Ishita Moitra. Direction is helmed by Arunima Sharma and Neha Parti Matiyani.
The trailer offers a vivid look at the finale, described as the “end of an era” for the quartet whose chaotic, tender, messy, and empowering lives have sustained the show’s massive appeal. True to its signature tone, the season teases a mix of laughter, conflict, heartbreak, and reinvention as each character steps into new phases of life. It reflects on the mistakes that shaped them, the relationships that challenged them, and the unbreakable sisterhood that kept audiences returning season after season.
The creators hint that the final season will lean deeper into themes of growth, vulnerability, and the complexities of womanhood—while retaining the boldness and honesty that made the show a cultural touchpoint. Fans can expect long-overdue conversations, revived romantic sparks, emotional closures, and the signature camaraderie that defined the franchise.
The cast also shared heartfelt reflections as they bid farewell to characters they have played for nearly a decade. Sayani Gupta expressed gratitude for fans who embraced the women “exactly as they were – messy, brave, vulnerable, loud, loving, and real.” Kirti Kulhari noted that Anjana’s journey resonated widely because it “became a voice” for many women. Maanvi Gagroo said the show “gave her a tribe,” while Bani J described Umang’s arc as one lived “loudly, in every sense,” shaped immensely by the audience’s unwavering affection.
While Season 4 marks the conclusion of the franchise, the team emphasizes that this finale is not a goodbye but a tribute—one meant to stay with viewers long after the curtains come down.
The series will be available to Prime members in India and more than 240 countries and territories starting December 19.
